Return Policy

Compoundsci provides laboratory‑research‑only raw materials for research purposes only.

Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns only for unopened, unused laboratory‑research‑only raw materials within 30 days after customer receives the package.
Opened, used, damaged or tampered goods will NOT be accepted for return under any circumstances.
Shipping and handling fees for return shipment shall be borne by the buyer. We cannot refund original shipping cost.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened research‑use raw materials.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7‑15 work days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund too.
