1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically process within 2‑3 business days (Monday‑Friday) and transit time is typically 7‑15 working days.
All products are laboratory‑research‑only raw materials for in‑vitro research, NOT for human use.

2. HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
Compoundsci accepts returns only for unopened and unused goods within 30 days of receipt.
Opened, used or damaged goods cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. For additional information, please see our return policy.

3. WHAT DOCUMENTS WILL I GET WITH MY ORDER?
Each batch comes with COA (Certificate of Analysis) document. The file will be provided after shipment.

4. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We accept PayPal payment. You may pay by credit card via PayPal checkout. Please check our Payment Method page for details.

5. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide for laboratory research samples. Import duties and local taxes shall be borne by the buyer.
